Ingredients
150g gizzards
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
2 bok choy
100g mushrooms
Instructions
Make a cut to length and breadth to gizzards.
Put gizzards,ginger,soy sauce in a bowl,and mix them.
Just put it for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan.Add the gizzards and fry.
Add sake,mushrooms and cover until the gizzards are almost cooked through.
Serve the gizzards with boiled bok choy.
